This review is for Brand: Rawaild “RAWAILD Yoga Stretching Stick, Mobility Stick with Adjustable and Detachable Design, Comfortable Foam Grip for Shoulder and Back Stretching, Balance and Posture Control at Home or Studio”.
This stretching stick comes in 4 equal sections that can be attached together for 3 different length sticks, with a full length of just under 60”. One of the end lengths can be used alone, but it has a metal ridge that could damage flooring so it’s best to have the end pieces on whatever length is in use. Each piece has a dense foam grip that’s the perfect diameter for my hands, about 1.5”. On the end pieces, the foam wraps around the end and there is a plastic end cap so the floor never comes in contact with the metal interior of the pole. The pieces are easy to attach and detach, but can be tightened so it’s more than secure. The foam is soft and dense enough I cannot squeeze hard enough to feel the metal of the pole. The foam is slightly beveled where you can see the individual sections, but it is still fully coated with the grippy foam.
I really like using this bar to stretch my shoulders, and it’s a useful aid during yoga when I just need a little help maintaining balance. The pole has a little bit of weight, a few pounds not more. I appreciate that I can take the stick apart and put it in a backpack or suitcase, but the stick is very sturdy when put together. The grip does not get overly slippery when wet and so far I’ve been able to wipe it clean with great results. Even though the product is very simple, it comes with an instruction manual and a few exercise diagrams which is really helpful.
At the time of ordering, this was $19.99, and this is a good value for a travel-friendly stretching stick. This pole retains 5 stars for being well made, a good price point and very useful for a lot of different exercises.
