UPDATE: it works great customer service!! Sent me a new monitor super fast after I showed them the issue. I recommend. Not happy that already my count number doesn’t appear. I just got it. I shouldn’t have to buy new batteries for a brand new product. Extremely displeased and disappointed.
This Niceday Twist Mini Stepper was delivered on 12/7/2024 and it was ready to go right out of the box. First, I inspected it, of course, and made sure it was intact and adjusted to my preference. Then I attached the optional resistance bands. For the first couple of months, I only used it at 5-minute intervals, a few times a day (because my lifestyle had been completely sedentary for quite some time before purchasing this). As time went on, it became super easy to get a great workout done while watching TV. Now, I step for one consistent hour, 6 days a week. so it's definitely being used often. It's so convenient and there are no problems, thus far. Every single part of it works as it should. The step count is accurate. The resistance bands are a great addition to ensure a full body workout. It's very sturdy, yet lightweight and compact enough to put away after each use. The mini stepper does make little sound at the bottom of each step; however, it's not loud at all. Another bonus aside from getting my heart rate up, I've even lost some of the weight I've gained, without changing my diet. Just imagine the extra benefits if I start to eat more nutritious foods. Anyhow… being happily satisfied with this Niceday Twist Mini Stepper, I highly recommend that you go ahead and purchase it; it's very well worth it.
I bought this for under my desk while I'm working. I stand most of the day and prefer to move. It is a good workout for the legs. The dial occasionally loosens up so my steps get smaller, but it has gotten less frequent the more I use it. I can't say anything about the straps as I can't use them while I type on my computer. All in all this was a great purchase for a small space!
Let me start by saying, the customer service from Niceday was phenomenal! The stepper i received had little to no resistance. I reached out to the seller and got a message within 24 hours. I first spoke to Raven who asked me to upload a video and email it to them. They helped me with the process and it was painless. Next, Liza reached out and completed the process. Liza was awesome and expedited the shipping of a new stepper. My belief – anyone who says customer service isn't great, is absolutely trying to scam the company and get free merch. If they ask you to upload a video; upload the video! Explain what's going on. Customer service was tripping over themselves to accommodate! The stepper itself – fun and kinda addicting. The original i purchased lost tension within a minute of using. The replacement works great. Maybe not 30 minutes of tension but long enough for a fun cardio/leg exercise. It's not the gym, it's a great stress reliever and you can strengthen your legs. Final thought – customer service 5/5. Product 4/5. I'll buy again when I inevitably break/lose/give away this stepper.
I’m very happy with this stepper. I don’t get much exercise outside of cleaning my own house. So I wanted something that could be easy and doable. This is perfect. I don’t go by minutes as I saw with most reviews. I go by steps. I can get about 200 steps done in 5 minutes and I do this 3-4 times a day. But I can feel the burn in my legs at the 2 minute mark and I have to push myself every time. But I love the steeper so far. It’s definitely worth the price. It worked right out of the box, except for putting on the resistance bands.it’s light weight so it can be moved easily. And it really seems like it’s built very well. I can see myself using this for many years. I can honestly say that I very mush recommend this stepper I’d give it 10 stars if I could. I leave mine out so that I see it at the end of my bed and every time I see it I usually get on it. It makes me feel like I’m getting a good workout every day. I love it.

I bought this for my husband's birthday. He loves to work out but can't always get to the gym for disability reasons. I don't know why they provided the straps, they are of no real use, did not feel safe using those at all, my hubby fell off the stepper trying to get on it! We found placing the Stepper, between door posts the safest way to use this, holding on either side of door posts worked wonderfully. they are small and compact, so using them without any support is really not recommended, The tension is really good too. It doesn't seem like it can go further or tighter, but keep turning, a strong hand is also needed to adjust tension. If you have weak knees as me, don't use!!!! it is a great piece of equipment for a home workout my hubby loves it although he has been exercising for years, not for the fainthearted.
I don't know how this compares to cheaper steppers of the same sort of design but this is way overpriced. There's barely any resistance and it gets less as you go past 15 minutes and the hydraulics heat up. Not very effective and definitely not worth the price.
I love this! It's allowing me to get daily workout in the comfort of my home and on my lunch break! I just get on and watch TV the for 40 mins and get in like 5000-7000 steps. I hadn't worked out in a while so the first couple weeks were hard, but I just stuck with in and in no time I was doing 20 mins now I'm up to 40 and using some dumbbells to get a more full body. The product is as described.
The accessories were missing I don't want a refund but couldn't see from the options how to request the missing parts without doing a refund. Please contact me as I need assistance.
